I've used this place for a long time now. Dave Kurata was recommended to me by fellow autocrossers. He does custom alignments and allows sitting in the car while alignment is done. He always has the very latest in equipment for aligning and mounting and balancing. What I really like is the guy who takes the order and does the work is one and the same: Dave Kurata. If there is a problem, he will discuss it with me and make suggestions. He has two excellent mechanics for auto work, and is an authorized installer for Tire Rack. The last time I was there, there was a BMW, an Avanti, and a Model A in the bays. That's diversity!.

Does all of Lithia Mazda's convertible roof work. They replaced our rear plastic window and repaired our leather seats. Eduardo's also installed our seat covers and dash cover. Very reasonable prices and prompt with the work.

When I had a problem with a dead battery. I put a slow charge on it for 24 hours and then discovered that a previous owner had installed an antitheft device that had decided I was trying to steal the car. No problem I was told -- Just find the tiny reset switch under the dashboard and reset it. An hour of standing on my head under the dash yielded no switch. I then discovered I could push-start the car and got it started and I immediately drove to Autosound Lab I asked them to remove the antitheft system completely. 10 minutes later the guy had removed the entire system for $45. There was no reset switch as some other people had assured me that all alarm systems contained. This shop is clean and well run with very knowledgeable owners. They do work on Miatas and are familiar with the radios in our little cars. I highly recommend them.

We've been getting our alignments done at Greenway Auto Body on Blackstone Avenue, just south of McKinley. The person to ask for is Sterling. He's familiar with Miatas, understands how to give them performance alignments, and will take the time to get it right.
